The site records page views and clicks on named navigation links. This helps me understand which research pages and projects are useful.
What is stored
- The page path and a short label for the clicked element.
- Approximate country, region, and city when supplied by the hosting network.
- A one-way, salted hash derived from the network address and rotated daily.
- A first-party marker that separates my own visits from public traffic.
- The time of the event.
What is not stored
Raw IP addresses, advertising identifiers, the text you select or type, and cross-site browsing history are not stored. There are no advertising or third-party tracking scripts.
Your preference
The tracker respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. When either is enabled, analytics events are not recorded.
